1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, join the early-access list or enquire about a founding setup. The site is operated under the ProdLabels name. Full legal entity and postal details must be added before public launch.
Contact questions can be sent to hello@prodlabels.com.
2. Pre-launch product status
ProdLabels is a forthcoming WooCommerce plugin. The public self-service plugin is not finished or generally available. Website descriptions show the intended direction and may change through testing and product development.
Joining early access does not guarantee acceptance, a release date, continued availability, particular features or compatibility with a specific store, printer or third-party service. There is no payment for joining the list.
3. Founding setup enquiries
The done-for-you service is offered to a limited number of suitable WooCommerce and Zebra workflows. An enquiry is a request to discuss the service and does not create a contract or reserve capacity.
Founding installs start at £750 for the described base scope. The final scope, price, assumptions, schedule, payment terms, support period and acceptance process will be set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement. Work starts only after that agreement is accepted and any required initial payment is received.
Printer hardware, consumables, Zebra services, on-site work and unusual custom development are not included unless the written proposal says otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
If you purchase a setup, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the store, printer and required workflow.
- Making suitable test data, hardware and authorised access available at agreed times.
- Confirming that you have authority to provide access and instruct the work.
- Reviewing test output and approving labels before operational use.
- Maintaining printer supplies, networks, third-party accounts and services outside the agreed scope.
Credentials should only be shared through an agreed secure method. Access may be limited, temporary and removed after the work is complete.
5. Third-party platforms
ProdLabels depends on services supplied by others, including WooCommerce, WordPress, Zebra and hosting or cloud providers. Their availability, terms, pricing and technical behaviour are outside our control. Compatibility is checked against the agreed setup, but future changes by a provider may require additional work.
WooCommerce, WordPress and Zebra names and marks belong to their respective owners. References on this site describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the site unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, probe the service or disrupt its operation.
- Submit malicious code, automated spam or information you are not entitled to provide.
- Copy or exploit site content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or service.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, copy, ProdLabels branding and product materials are owned by or licensed to the site operator. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Ownership and permitted use of templates, configuration and any custom work delivered through a paid setup will be addressed in the separate service agreement.
8. Website information and availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but pre-launch information may be incomplete and the website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Content is general information and is not legal, financial or operational advice.
Do not rely on the website alone for a critical printing process. Compatibility, label accuracy and operational acceptance must be confirmed through the agreed test process.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible under these website terms for losses caused by reliance on pre-launch information, unavailable third-party services, unauthorised use or circumstances outside reasonable control. Any liability connected with paid work will be governed by the separate service agreement.
The founding service is intended for business use. If you are legally acting as a consumer, nothing here affects rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how information submitted through the site is collected and used.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in your location.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product and founding service develop. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date. Separate service terms already accepted for paid work will continue to apply to that work.
